Восстания в Словении в контексте европейского кризиса: Марибор как периферия в период с 1998 по 2012 год

Аннотация
В настоящей статье недавние социальные восстания в Мариборе рассматриваются как политическая артикуляция периферии в локальном словенском и более широком европейском контексте. Случай Марибора представляет особый интерес для любого исследователя, которого интересует обнаружение различных темпоральностей в процессе «транзита». Марибор ассоциируется не только с провалившейся капиталистической деиндустриализацией, но и с провалившейся социалистической индустриализацией, площадкой для которой этот город стал 25 лет назад. Данная работа рассматривает преемственность — и разрывы в преемственности — в положении Марибора как привилегированной площадки народного сопротивления, а также, на более теоретическом уровне, представляет, как разворачивается политика диссенсуса. Автор обращается к концепции «народа» Жака Рансьера как к наиболее подходящему термину, способному передать специфику самой недавней борьбы. Также внимание уделяется вопросу «периферии» как площадки, обладающей огромным значением для современного политического воображения и экспериментирования.
