Перформатив в декларации и манифесте: к вопросу о перверформативном наследии
Аннотация
В статье анализируется и реконструируется связь трех понятий: перформатива, декларации и манифеста. Рассматривая перформативную теорию Джона Остина как деполитизирующую и лимитирующую сферы и способы реализации перформатива, я характеризую это понятие у Остина как конвенциональное. Действие конвенционального перформатива возможно лишь в рамках системы права. Конкретными историческими формами такого перформатива выступают declaration of nullity (признание брака недействительным) и королевский/ военный манифест. Использование понятия «перформатив» для анализа манифестного и декларационного жанров деконструируется в связи с такими основаниями манифестов и деклараций, которые не укладываются в ограниченный остиновский перформатив. На основе работы Жака Деррида по деконструкции перформативной теории, направленной на внесение в нее элементов перверсии и итерабельности, я предлагаю рассматривать перформативный эффект деклараций и манифестов в связи с такими понятиями, как закон и справедливость. Исследование текстов Декларации прав человека и гражданина и Декларации прав женщины и гражданки показывает, как повторение закона способствует его подрыву. На основе понятия «перверформатив» я обращаюсь к «Манифесту Коммунистической партии», что позволяет определить Манифест как попытку утверждения и реализации возможности справедливости. Эта справедливость актуализируется «незаконными» наследниками через деконструктивистский перформатив, который разрывает исходный контекст и открывает новые формы борьбы, обеспечивая постоянное движение к справедливости, осуществляемое различными участниками эмансипаторной политики.
